Delivery & Returns


Decor My Villa uses select trusted furniture remover-list & Couriers to deliver Australia wide. Delivery costs are calculated based on your postcode as well as volume of the product and will vary from product to product.
All products are inspected prior to delivery and are exceptionally well packaged for transport. 
Our basic delivery service includes delivery to your door.  A full service delivery which includes unpacking of your furniture, minor assembly and disposal of packaging materials can be arranged for you if required (for Melbourne customers). Please contact us to discuss your delivery requirements in detail.
Deliveries to our interstate customers are generally collected by our remover-list once a week for delivery within around 7 working days.Changes in transport schedules which vary according to demand, time of year etc. Decor My Villa makes every effort to ensure a smooth and expedient delivery of your products, however we kindly ask for you patience when unforeseeable delays occur.
Please note: Whilst every effort is made to deliver your products by an agreed date, through third party transport providers, we are unable to make any guarantees on their behalf. Shipping schedules are subject to change due to traffic, availability of drivers and vehicles and demand for a particular service. When we advise a delivery date, we are simply presenting the latest information that we have received from our transport partners. More often than not, this information is accurate, however subject to change.


We know that you'll love our products, But if you wish to return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. Providing:
  • It is returned in its original packaging as you bought with the original receipt.
  • It is returned in its original condition with all accessories and manuals
  • It is not damaged or dirty
  • Any replacement or refund is provided at our discretion and the customers should not return the goods to us unless we have agreed to do so.
Upon return, all goods will be inspected to ensure they comply with our returns policy and a refund issued within 7 days.
All products which have been tailored to your requirements and specially manufactured will attract a 30% restocking fee. Inbound and outbound costs are not reimbursable.
